Terms and Conditions of the Special Campaign "20 PLN Voucher for Depression Awareness Day with Paulina Koszut"

Organizer: The campaign is organized by RefSpace Ltd, headquartered in London, 28-29 The Broadway No:1, W5 2NP, London, England.

Campaign Duration: The campaign is valid from February 19, 2025, until the voucher stock is exhausted.

Participants: The campaign is directed to all customers purchasing the eBook "Sadness and Depression. Practical workbook" by Paulina Koszut, both as a single item and in bundles.

Voucher Allocation Rules:

• Every customer who purchases the "Sadness and Depression. Practical workbook" eBook will receive a voucher worth 20 PLN for future purchases in the RefSpace store.
• The voucher is granted in the form of a discount code sent via email, reducing the total cart value by 20 PLN.

Voucher Usage Conditions:

• The voucher can be redeemed both in the RefSpace app and on the refspace.com website.
• The voucher is valid for purchases made between February 23, 2025, and March 31, 2025.
• The minimum order value to use the voucher is 25 PLN.
• The number of vouchers is limited; allocation is based on the order of purchases.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts available in the RefSpace store.
• In case of returning products purchased with the voucher, the refunded amount will be reduced by the value of the applied discount.

eBook Delivery:

The eBook "Sadness and Depression. Practical workbook" will be delivered from its release date, i.e., February 23, 2025.

Final Provisions:

• The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions during the campaign, provided that such changes do not affect the rights already acquired by participants.
• Any complaints related to the campaign should be sent to kontakt@refspace.com. The organizer commits to addressing complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.
