Returns – the right to withdraw from a distance contract with the Seller.
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may return it without giving a reason within 14 days.
- Check the returns policy with the relevant Seller.
- The declaration of withdrawal from the contract must be submitted directly to the Seller within 14 days (counting from the day following receipt of the shipment).
- Then, within the next 14 days, send the return to the address provided by the Seller.
- Contact details and the Seller’s address can be found in the order confirmation email from which the product was purchased.
Only undamaged products with no signs of use are eligible for returns.
The seller may refuse your right to return the goods if the goods you are purchasing meet one of the following criteria (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act – Article 38):
- Products with a short shelf life or those that spoil quickly – for example, cottage cheese, fresh vegetables
- Audio and video recordings, computer programs that you receive in sealed packaging and open – for example, removing the protective film from a brand new game or music or film disc
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscription agreements)
- Services or items whose price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the trader has no control, and which may occur before the withdrawal period expires – for example, investment products such as gold bars, gold collector coins, silver, or platinum
- Items manufactured to your individual specifications, according to your specifications – for example, a T-shirt with a print you designed.
- Items delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons – for example: underwear, pregnancy tests, electric toothbrush heads, contact lenses, masks.
- Digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance began with your express consent before the withdrawal period expires and after the trader has informed you of the loss of the right of withdrawal – for example, downloading an e-book or a game code.
- Items that, due to their nature, you permanently combine with other items after delivery – for example, car oil that you pour into your car.
- Medicinal products within the meaning of pharmaceutical law, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses, and medical devices dispensed from a pharmacy – for example, OTC medications (over-the-counter).
