RefSpace Fees and Commissions Table
Below is a summary of fees and commissions applicable on the RefSpace platform. The table includes a success fee model (commission on sales) in accordance with the new rules effective from 1 October 2025, as well as transaction fees and any additional service costs. All amounts are gross values (including VAT, where applicable). Fees are automatically deducted from the transaction funds, and the Supplier receives information about the revenue minus the following charges. Detailed settlement rules can be found in the Terms and Conditions and in the collective invoices issued on a monthly basis.

The commission is split between the Referrer and the Platform in a ratio of 65% to 35% (65% of the commission goes to the Creator as remuneration for the referral, 35% is retained by RefSpace as a fee for using the platform). The minimum commission is approximately 4.5%. The Supplier may set a higher commission at their discretion – this increases the earnings of the Creator and the Platform proportionally. The success fee commission is calculated on the gross price of the product (excluding shipping costs). If the Referrer acts as a supplier and sells their own products, a fixed commission of 4.5% is charged. |

This is the payment operator’s cost for processing the transaction, transferred to the Supplier. It is charged on the amount due to the Supplier and the Referrer acting as the Supplier (i.e. on the sales amount minus the success fee). The amount of the fee varies depending on the payment method selected by the Buyer – e.g. for Przelewy24 (BLIK) payments, it is 1.9% + PLN 1.00 of the transaction value; the exact rates are specified in the agreement with Stripe and are subject to change. The Stripe fee is automatically deducted from the funds transferred to the Supplier’s settlement account. |

Referrer/Creator remuneration (Referrer commission) |

Of the agreed sales commission, 65% constitutes the remuneration of the Creator recommending the product. This amount is paid to the Creator by RefSpace (after deducting the Stripe fee only from this part). The funds due to the Creator for physical products sold are blocked for 21 days to handle any returns, after which they become available for payment to the Referrer. For digital products and RefCash tips, the Referrer’s remuneration is available in the Stripe view and can be paid out to the Referrer’s designated bank account within a few days. |

Account registration is free. Supplier subscription packages: Basic package PLN 0/month. With this package, the Supplier can post 10 product offers at no additional charge. Standard package now PLN 0/month. As part of this package, the Supplier can post up to 50 product offers – the cost outside the promotion is PLN 279 per month. In the promotion for PLN 0 until 31 December 2025. Premium package* now PLN 0/month – the cost outside the promotion is PLN 3,500/month. As part of this package, the Supplier receives: the possibility to place 50 or more product offers; a dedicated Supplier profile in the form of a Supplier subpage on the refspace.com domain, presenting the Supplier’s brand and products, as well as selected videos with products available on the platform; two campaigns per month targeted at a selected group of referrers/creators in the form of emails encouraging cooperation or informing about new offers.*The premium package is currently available only to selected Sellers. |

RefSpace offers a range of additional, paid promotional services (e.g. highlighting offers, marketing campaigns, promotional packages). Their use is voluntary. The costs and terms of these services are described in the Additional Services Regulations and the current price list (e.g. a specific fee for a 7-day feature of a product on the home page). Fees for additional services may be charged in advance or added to the monthly invoice. |

At the end of each month, RefSpace issues an invoice to the Supplier summarising all fees and commissions charged for the period. The invoice specifies: the total amount of technical fees, the total amount of success fees from gross sales, and the total Stripe payment processing costs for the given month. This invoice is a cost invoice (it reduces the Supplier’s revenue in accounting settlements). Any additional fees (e.g. for promotional services) will be included in a separate invoice. Payments to RefSpace are made by automatically deducting the amount due from the transaction – however, if the balance is negative after the monthly settlement (the Supplier has to pay extra), we require the invoice to be paid on time (e.g. by traditional bank transfer). In the event of overpayment/adjustments, the surplus will be credited towards future receivables or refunded. |
Additional remarks:
- Fee changes: The above fees and commissions are valid from 1 October 2025. RefSpace reserves the right to change the rates in the future (e.g. in response to changes in payment operator rates or the introduction of new services). Users will be notified of any changes in advance, and the new rates will apply going forward (they do not apply to transactions already completed). The current fee table will always be available in the Referrer and Supplier panel on the RefSpace website.
- Minimum commission: The Supplier may set a commission higher than the minimum of 4.5% – this is even recommended for digital products, where the market standard is 10-30% commission for Creators. Setting too low a commission may result in less interest in the product from Referrers and Creators. If the Referrer acts as a Supplier and sells their own products, a fixed commission of 4.5% is charged. The Referrer may request a change to this commission in justified cases (e.g. low-margin product category) by writing to hallo@refspace.com
- Currency conversion: If sales are made in different currencies (e.g. in GBP on the UK market), the fee rates are converted at the current exchange rates. RefSpace may apply a small currency conversion fee for payments in a currency other than the currency of sale – this will be indicated on the invoice (if applicable).
