You add products you know and love to your video or store. When someone buys them, you receive a commission.

Got something cool in your closet? Tell its story in a video and sell it straight from your Space.

Do you create handmade crafts, merchandise, or other products? RefSpace is your ready-made store without the logistics and paperwork.

Offer e-books, downloads, and if you teach, consult, or conduct online meetings, sell your time as a video product with a calendar (MeetMe).

Brands can send you products via barter – and you earn money on every sale from your video.

Your audience can support you financially directly – like “buy me a coffee”, but integrated with the platform.

How to add a video to RefSpace?

Want to monetize your videos? See how to add a video and link products in just a few steps!

After logging in, complete your profile details – without them your account will not be active.

You have two options:
Click the little man icon in the upper right corner → select “Videos”


Or click the camera with the plus sign 🎥➕

On the first screen:
Select the product you want to add to the video from the list.

If the product isn’t listed, contact support (preferably with a link to a sample product).

  • Upload your video from TikTok, Instagram, or another platform
  • Add a 1:1 thumbnail (required!)
  • Give your video a title
  • Click “Send for approval”


Suppliers have 24 hours to approve their product videos. If they don’t, the video will automatically appear on the main wall after 24 hours.

Understand how products and stores work

Products are added by companies and brands that partner with RefSpace – we call them Suppliers. Each product is added to a shared database and can be linked to a store or review.
The Supplier adds photos, a description, a category, and decides whether the product is available to everyone or only to selected Creators.
👉 You don’t need to have your own product to promote it – simply add it to your store or create a video for it.

Prices are set by the Supplier – they decide how much a given product sells for.

As a Creator or Recommender, you can’t change the price, but you can decide which products you want to promote.
If you have your own product, you set the price yourself in the panel.
👉 Everyone sees the same price – this ensures consistent offerings across the platform.

The sales commission is set by the Provider – separately for each product.

If you promote a product with a set commission, you receive a percentage of each sale generated by your store or video.

The Provider can set:

a standard commission – visible and the same for all Creators,

an individual commission – a special rate only for selected Creators, e.g., for long-term collaborations.

The commission amount may vary depending on the product and brand.
👉 Information about the commission (standard or individual) is visible in the product details – before you decide to purchase.

TW RefSpace offers three main product types:

  • Physical products – e.g., cosmetics, electronics, accessories. The supplier handles shipping and customer service.
  • Digital products – e.g., e-books, checklists, online courses. Delivered automatically after purchase.
  • Services and consultations – e.g., online meetings, diet analysis, live calls with an expert. You set the dates, description, and duration.

👉 All product types can be added to the store and pinned to videos.

How to start as a business on RefSpace?

RefSpace is a platform where you can share your products with creators and only pay when their referrals generate sales. Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to get started as a business partner.

Create an account on RefSpace and select the “Business Partner” option during registration. This will allow you to add products and manage promotions through Creators.

To add products and process sales, you need to connect your account to Stripe – a payment system that enables automatic settlements with Creators.

  • If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can set one up in minutes.
  • If you have an account, just log in.

Stripe is a global, secure payment platform used by companies like Amazon and Booking.

After connecting Stripe, your account will be activated, and the ability to add products will automatically appear in your RefSpace profile.

Once your account is activated, you can add products you want to promote through Creators.

You have two options:

  • General Commission – one rate for all Creators (cannot be changed later)

Individual Commissions – you can set different commissions for selected Creators (e.g. brand ambassadors)

Decide how Creators can use your products:

Public account

  • Your products will be visible to all Creators
  • Anyone can add them to their video
  • You have 24 hours to approve the video – if you don’t, it will be published automatically after that time

Private account (with creator database)

  • You accept their submissions individually

Only Creators you approve can promote your products.
